Together with Alterna Team, we worked on the customer experience excellence project for our leading loyalty platform Money Club. Our goal was to bring omnichannel customer experience of Money Club to perfection. Alterna Team designed differentiating omnichannel journeys and practices for both Money Club and Migros throughout the project; enabling us to deliver unique experiences to our customers at every touchpoint. More importantly, they assisted us in developing quick execution steps for the implementation of designed experiences in the field, thus playing a critical role in improving our customer experience.
We worked with Alterna Team during our customer centric transformation to help fulfill our vision of passing Doğtaş and Kelebek brands on to future generations. Together, we were able to establish the necessary infrastructure for listening to voice of customers throughout their experience journeys at all stages such as purchase, delivery, complaint management while improving the processes to address their demands and complaints effectively
